I am a proud fifth-generation North Carolina native with deep roots in the state I'm honored to call home. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with concentrations in Economics and Finance. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 15 years in the private sector working with several Fortune 500 companies in corporate and global sales roles. That experience provided a strong foundation in negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship building which are skills that have been instrumental in my nearly 20 years of success in real estate. Throughout my career, I have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, representing hundreds of successful transactions. I bring a results-driven approach to every client relationship, with a sharp focus on negotiation and achieving the best possible outcome. Most importantly, I am a husband and the proud father of three which is my most meaningful and rewarding role in life. Outside of real estate, my wife Karen and I enjoy exploring coastal towns and taking full advantage of the lifestyle that makes Coastal North Carolina such a special place to live.
